This looks like a serious attempt to really address the issues in New York City education - not just doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I'm very impressed.
I would just like to commend the teachers and administrative staff on their dedicated work that they do on a daily basis. My son is a recent transfer to the school who was behind in his classes at his previous school and with the help and dedication of your staff he was able to pass 5 out of his 6 classes for the last term. Thank alot guys keep up the good work you are all appreciated.
I was at the PEP vote on Thursday and I just want to commend your school on the hard work and accomplishments. Even though the vote did not go your way you should know that you made believers out of a lot of people in the audience. I was at that meeting to fight for my school that is also being phased out, but I was so impressed with your school and what you have done in such a short amount of time that I had to let you know. Please do not let the decision by the Department of Education get you discouraged. All the students who stood up in front of the crowd and spoke from their hearts should be very proud of themselves and know that you did touch a lot of people that evening.
