Good Shepard/Guidance let teachers know through Skedula when students will be out for extended periods of time. Student and family also shoulder the responsibility of notifying teachers about extended absence.
Contests for the last period of the day to encourage attendance. Number of students present and/or subject specific questions answered by the most number of students per class.
